If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, Solid Fragrance Bomb is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, we recommend:

4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
